They’re always out of my dogs food or they have it but won’t sell it to me because it’s being held for somebody else that called. Ridiculous. The employees always make excuses. First come first serve it’s not who calls dibs over the phone. I understand why some folks don’t like coming here. I can tell they don’t handle criticism very well either from the looks of things.

Reading the reviews I felt compelled to give my honest opinion and I can tell you, the staff are so wonderful and knowledgeable. Zan and Lisa spent so much time helping me through the process of switching my pets to a raw food diet. At first I was hesitant due to the recent negative reviews, Lisa, the store manager informed me that they let go two staff members and then the negative reviews starting showing up. The other reasoning is purely competition in the area. 5 stars! I will definitely be back!

For anybody who is going there with limited to no prior knowledge, this team is not afraid to jump in and explain everything thoroughly! There is never any pressure to buy raw, just helpful staff full of smiles!

I didn’t have time to stand around and wait. I had to take my business elsewhere because I had to get to an appointment. They do have a wonderful and an enormous selection of raw food.

I have been buying my cats food from this location and the other one for over a year now and am always pleasantly happy with the customer service I receive. The quality of pet food the stores provide as is top notch. I can say that several months ago the store had a young man that worked there that consistently messed up on my orders and claimed to call me when he did not to pick up my orders. I understand this man no longer is employed and is now disgruntled and making fake negative reviews that are false. I will continue to support this business as they have been nothing but amazing to me.

The funny thing is that the store has been busier since! Each time a positive review posts little hands are at their computer trying to jeopardize the store however, the staff the selection are wonderful! Even have meal worms for my chickens!!
