I decided to give acrylics a try since then and have been back again for a fill. Jen has been doing my acrylics and I'm so beyond happy. Excellent shaping, proportions, art, speed and hospitality. Very happy with my service here.
T	Tanya Samantha Pires on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced, and i feel like she quoted me an incorrect price. 30 dollars for a simple manicure with regular nail polish and no massage. Moreover she cut me and I bled. Wasn't apologetic. Furthermore, smudged my pedicure but wanted me out the door. Overpriced, rude, and a terrible experience. Some of the other girls are nicer. **** Edit I wanted to edit my post as I have been informed that these prices are standard for the island compared to other cities. That said, the owner personally contacted me and spoke to me at length and addressed my concerns very politely. She was incredibly pleasant and offered to do a manicure for me. It was a fantastic service done by her at the Bowen location. My nails look terrific and the entire process was very enjoyable and relaxing. Impressed with their responsiveness to customer feedback.

Drove back to original location and was told I couldn’t get my acrylic fill and polish done even though I was only 20 min behind (from the miscommunication on their location). Don’t recommend going here… horrible customer service.
C	Chelsey Bateson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a set of acrylic nails and they accommodated me pretty quickly and did an awesome job. So pretty, I love them! Past review (2019) The spa pedicure was nice. The staff were friendly, they changed the water frequently and everything looked clean. For those that worry about getting infections at nail salons, there are no infections, swelling or anything bad around my nails afterwards; they look fabulous too. I was also attacked by mosquitoes a day or two before my pedicure and they were mindful of the bites on my ankles and legs when exfoliating which was greatly appreciated. Thank you for the nice experience.

I had several more break and lift over the next week or so as well, which isn't common for me. I've been getting my nails done a long time and these were the quickest to break and also some of the most expensive (despite being rather plain). I was very surprised by the price. I looked online before I booked and felt it was fair, but then they had additional costs I wasn't anticipating. I left feeling ripped off and that feeling amplified as they chipped and broke over the next few weeks.

J	Jordyn Hawryluk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I called to book an appointment for two acrylic sets (august 7th, 2021) and the lady on the phone told us that they could squeeze us in if we only did a simple colour and the length that they wanted but the original price wouldn’t be changing…. My nail tech lady repeatedly told me that i have too many hang nails and dry cuticles, my friends nail tech did two completely different sizes and lengths on both hands. Near the end, I was told that I need to moisturize my hands DAILY and then my friends nail tech chimed in and told her that she should also be using moisturizer daily. Don’t get me wrong, we appreciate that they could squeeze us in but we feel as though we were completely rushed. If they knew that they wouldn’t of had enough time to satisfy their costumers, they should’ve told us they weren’t able to take us.
