★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cael is my favorite osteopath out of all the osteopaths I've visited in various different cities! She is so relaxed and calm and her practice is super gentle and super effective. I've moved away from the Okanagan and I honestly don't miss much - but I do miss getting treated by Cael!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found this to be a very effective yet also relaxing treatment for shoulder and hip impingement issues that I was struggling with. Cael is great at her craft & the moves are effective yet subtle, it can take a few sessions to enjoy the benefits and it is definitely worth it!

Don’t let the term Osteopath deter you. As a career service industry worker, Cael helped heal my shoulder/arm, not only by in clinic treatment, but by giving me the skills and understanding of what my body was doing and how it responded to the ailment.
