★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to see Gail McArdle after seeing another physio for 4 months. She is a wizard, she is so gentle that it seems nothing is happening but after my first visit I felt a difference. After 3 visits, my pain is significantly reduced and proper motion is starting to come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gail has a very nice way about her, very gentle, and the results from her care is excellent. She is more hands on, not just using passive modalities, and I really appreciated her fascial release techniques and the advice she offered me to do at home. She also does acupuncture and dry needling/IMS needling which is very effective with adhesions in muscles and muscle pain/spasms. You cannot go wrong with Gail!

In the two months we have been working together, Eric has brought me back to where I need to be as I begin a busy season teaching cross country skiing. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gail McArdle is my physio go to, she has an incredibly soft touch that really moves the fascia/muscle in the injured area. I saw Gail in 2021 for both knee and ankle treatment and found my knee pain substantially reduced as well as improved dorsiflexion in my ankle. Gail followed up with recommended exercises by email after each visit, I appreciated that. Highly recommend Gail.

I had trouble doing some of the exercises and we worked together to find a version I could do more comfortably. I would highly recommend him. In fact stop your search and book your appointment now!
