I love their online booking system, extremely easy to use and helps me to keep track of my appointments for myself as well as the rest of my family. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised. I didn't do any research. The RMT I booked with (Maxwell) wasn't listed on the website, but had availability on short notice. Online booking was easy, automated emails with self assessment and Covid check-in was streamlined and easy. The space is nice, lots of parking, quiet; no complaints.
Maxwell took the time to hear about my issues, and methodically treated my tightness and aches and pains. This was one of the better massages I've had, across many different RMT's. Direct billing is taken care of on site, and payment with CC was simple. I will be a repeat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been treated by a number of their therapists and it's been a great experience so far. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and made me feel like my issues and concerns regarding my aches and pains were heard and addressed. They all provided home care suggestions including different stretches I could try and ice/heat therapy.
I love that they have online booking. I value being able to manage my massage schedule online. They have a sizable staff and all kinds of availability including evenings and weekends.
They have a small waiting area that is kept clean and is nicely decorated. Also their bathroom is clean and tidy. They have ample free parking. Just watch sometimes the drive thru Starbucks line can get quite long and block your entrance/exit to their parking.
Over all a great therapeutic massage experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to find a new massage therapist after previous massage therapist and found OKGN Sage group. Very impressed and happy with the treatments and massages so far. Super clean facility in terms of Covid protocols. Staff are very skilled, they also take the time to address specific areas of concern etc if required. Would highly recommend.
