She speaks to me in layman terms and helps me understand what is physically happening with my body and what she is doing to correct it. I highly recommend the team at Concept Physiotherapy. I have been seeing Carmen on a regular basis since an MVA in 2015. I can't imagine where I would be without her help.

She has worked with me through a neck injury, vertigo, knee/shoulder surgery as well as a recent back issue. I cannot say enough about her expertise and I highly recommend her.
