S	Shan Kandukuri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was checking out a used car in the area and had them conduct a Pre-purchase inspection for me. Both the mechanic who actually took a look at my car and the guy at the front desk were extremely professional and friendly. Whole process was speedy yet thorough and they helped me identify some issues with the car that I was able to get fixed before making the purchase. While waiting in the front, I also noticed other customers who came in for tire-related services also seemed very satisfied. Overall, a definite "Would Recommend ! ". Note that they're moving their shop so check what their new address is (used to be 471 Garyray Dr.) before dropping in.
F	Frank Kreze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming to the door of a tire shop like this and with a tire that was near flat and leaking fast one would think you'd be treated better. Summed up..... Person was apprehensive to speak to us. Had no mask in when we came in. Complained we walked in before they opened yet their door was open. Didn't really offer customer service besides "Leave it and it might be ready in the afternoon". Just two minutes down the road Tirecraft did the opposite. Helped us out, solved the flat and left us giving them a great review!! Out and on the road at 8:45.
b	baystbull75 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER AGAIN! Terrible experience. The wrong wheels were mounted on my vehicle. It's was a mix up and I understand these things can happen. When I called Gabe to see how we could get the issue resolved and get the correct wheels, I was given a hard time. Almost as if I was at fault for their mistake. Not until I got the OK Tire Regional Manager involved was I provided with the wheels I'd paid for. They were nice as to charge me for labour the second time around. Stay classy guys. "Customer service and quality work - that's what we are there for!" Sure it is.
L	Lindsay Backlund on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the shop yesterday fully expecting to have to replace the tire on my Mini Cooper. The price of the tire was excellent in comparison to the dealer. The best news was that when I got there they looked at my car, checked the pressure and determined that I only needed to have my sensor reset. Awesome, honest service with a smile and NO CHARGE. Thanks again! I'll be back for my winter tires :)

They don’t try to trick you or make you feel stupid because you don’t understand cars. They fixed my car very quickly and explained in detail what was wrong and exactly how they were going to fix it. They are honest, reliable, caring and very customer service oriented. I have recommended this shop to everyone who needs a reliable mechanic, and all of them were extremely happy with their service and continue to return to them. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Gabe runs the tire side of the business and has always recommended great tires at competitive prices. Joe has a solid reputation of only recommending and doing necessary service. He's even spent time getting familiar with my vehicles. When he was done because he didn't turn a wrench there was no charge. I've been using them for over 20 years and have recommended many people to use their services.
