S	Sanna Bnaity-Eid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The work is OK. Not cheap either. We asked for a living room set sofa, loveseat and 2 single chairs. They promised delivery after 4-6 weeks. Two months later wrong order, and none of the pillows were ready. 6 weeks more, we finally got the design for the single chairs. Then we find out the order for the pillows were also wrong. I just gave up. No apology and no discount either. Quiet disappointing.

With the option of selecting our own material, custom colours, cushion firmness and even modernized the chairs by adding a stud trim, we decided to upholster. Sarah and Vince delivered! I thought this didn’t exist in Toronto until I contacted ViVi Upholstery and read the reviews on google. This family own business is the best I’ve ever seen and really care about there customers. They gave me advice on how to fix my kitchen chairs. Which are the latest conversation piece in my kitchen. I will continue to use their service to help furnish my home. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking to create, finish and design furniture.

The quality of their work is truly one of a kind. The fabric selection they had available was ample and their workmanship was excellent. For such a big job, they managed to get my furniture back to me in just 3 weeks! And they threw in some complimentary pillows!! I will be recommending this family-run business to everyone. Vivi upholstery has the best customer service ever, and Vince made my husband and I delicious espressos!

Still empty promises and lies. Anybody building furniture for them, beware. PS this review will not be removed until I get paid. Dec 12. Latest update is they are waiting for their house to be sold, it's been sold 2 months ago and still no payment. So much for getting this cleared up and moving forward. I will update again in another month.

Also, we re-upholstered 12 of our chairs from years ago and they look brand new. They did my daughters bed, in a beautiful grey lavender suede fabric, that you can’t find in any other stores. I love the custom work they do. Highly recommend. Thank you Sarah & Vince!
