★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in the market for a home. I decided to listen to another friend who highly recommended Sonny. Saved him the time from having to deal with shopping around for rates. I met him on Friday Sent him my documents on Monday. His office said within 48 offers we would have some offers from bank's to look at. By Wednesday he sent me 3 offers from 3 different banks. Had I went into my bank I would have only had 1 offer and also would have had to deal with the hassle. Highly recommended and professional team at Direct Mortgage.

We explained our situation. We put the property up for sale on Friday. The following week all the documents we submitted along with the mortgage application was complete. By Wednesday we already had 2 great approval offers from 2 different A lenders. Was quicker and smarter than walking into the bank. Direct made it simple. Highly recommended.

Absolutely no pressure, I have dealt with Sonny and he truly understands the meaning of going above and beyond. He will educate the client and walk you through the entire process, very transparent. I have met with other agents and all they wanted to do was make a quick sale, but Sonny he made the whole transaction very easy and comfortable. I will definitely be bringing more business!

Whether it’s getting help with mortgage or getting a new home. These guys make you feel very comfortable and safe with your decision making process. Being a young business owner I had a ton of questions. Direct Mortgage made it fast simple and easy from the point of contact I was given all the knowledge I need. They addressed all my questions and told me exactly what I needed to from taking care of my taxes to using the equity in our family home to purchase an investment property. Highly recommend their services!

Took a lot of stress off of my back.
