★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I booked appointment in two weeks ago by phone. However , he didn't tell what the time only Nov 28 . I say for sure, 100%, because I have class on Tuesday 1 PM. I wouldn't book 1 PM if he told the appointment at 1 PM . When I been there 20 mins ago today, the guy said , he tells everybody the time. I said , No,we talked about rim in the phone , you just told Tuesday , that may your bad. He rudely, you can go somewhere ales. I have no idea why the shop does care their customers like that. I won''t trust OK Tire in Brantford DT. I wanna tell everyone DO NOT go there , they are rude , and poor and terrible service . Don't make trouble to yourself. I will report the shop even though it may won't work. I still want to do it. They are really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Woke up yesterday morning to the unpleasant experience of a flat tire on my car in the driveway...
I called Dwight at OK Tire in downtown Brantford and he had me in the air and was fixing my tire in less than 30 minutes.
Considering I had to go to the airport that day at noon it was great to know that OK Tire had me covered.
Team was very respectful and they even took a look at all my other tires and even made sure my car was in Tip-Top shape for the drive.
I wouldn't recommend getting a flat tire but I would recommend OK Tire

They even squeezed me into an earlier time slot despite a busy season of winter tires after I got a flat tire on my summer tires.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this shop to do a tire changeover and oil change. Price was reasonable, appointment was available within a few days, and it took about an hour. I had asked about purchasing new tires but the only ones they were able to get to fit my vehicle were a couple of grades above what were really needed. The staff member recommended I buy elsewhere rather than spend more than I had too, which I can appreciate.
