★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food!! The chicken is perfectly tender, the rice and mashed potatoes are tasty/filling, and the steamed veggies are great. Very pleasant people and a great atmosphere inside. Brantford needs more restaurants like Anna's. Very large portions for what you're paying, can easily get 2 meals out of the dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They treat customers very badly! Terrible place. They took my order via chat/email and then didn’t ever fulfil it or communicate anything. I placed a large special order and they refuse to acknowledge any error and said they’ve never spoken to me, yet I have a full email chain with order details with their team. Don’t go here, they won’t serve you or take your order and then they will call you a liar ? weird way to operate a business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took my order by webchat/email directly and then canceled it with zero notice. I have all the emails right here with my large special order. I was treated so badly! Surprising for a small local restaurant to take orders and then refuse them. I don’t recommend at all. I have surgery tomorrow and was trying to get some good healthy food arranged for my recovery, and they just treated me really badly. Why have chat/email at all? This order was placed directly with their team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience! I placed a special order on March 12th and have been waiting to get notified for pickup. Now on March 25th I finally asked where the food was, and nobody ever recorded my order, although there’s a full email thread with the request and details, and now they said they won’t fill the order. And that no special orders will be taken. These people clearly have no interest in running an efficient business, making money or communicating with customers. Just a huge disappointment and waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful food!!! We are new to town and I was looking for a good comfort meal and was I ever delighted when I opened my meal, I couldn't stop smiling the entire time I ate it! Whoever cooks this food makes it with love and takes pride in their dishes. 100% I will eat here again. Also, that spicy sauce sent with the chicken is mint! I’ll be ordering it spicy next time ♥️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved to Brantford recently and ordered for the first time tonight. The portions were big, so much flavour and just good home cooked food. We had the whole chicken with rice and veggies and the peanut chicken stew. Everyone was happy and fed 4 people with leftovers. Definitely will be one of our go to places!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anna is such a kind and sweet person! Her food is Amazing and she cooks it with her heart. Feels like home cook meal! We went on a getaway from GTA and found her and gave her a try and definitely did not regret it! The Lamb stew and beef stew were exceptional! I would totally recommend her place to anyone that are visiting Brantford !
