★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been trying for over two months to get the standard warranty that comes with new tires. Went ahead with a 7000 k trip through Labrador and Newfoundland with no issues, thankfully.I had tried before for over four weeks to get the warranty with no success but went ahead anyway. Still no warranty literature, even after assurances from OK Tire headquarters. I cannot understand the dealers reluctance to provide the warranty. I just tried to call headquarters twice and was hung up on, hence this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience with Dave and his mom Nancy when I urgently needed help. While passing through Perry Sound I drove over pliers and needed my tire replaced.
Nancy was very kind and helpful, said not to worry and that she will help me. Despite Covid, low tire sock and appointments booked days out they helped me within hours of me getting stranded.
Thanks again Dave, Nancy and your tire crew. Your quick response was much appreciated.
I would give you 5+++ stars ✨ if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting a flat tire on the 400 series, south of Parry Sound, Dave was the only one with time to help me out on the Canada Day long weekend. He took the stress out of a stressful situation and treated me so well. Incredibly fair pricing and very friendly service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great staff and friendly. I was on my way back to Ottawa after my holidays and realized a had a slow air leak on my tire. They checked my tire and informed me of a patched job was already done on the tire before (bought used). They helped me out with getting me another tire so I could safely get home. They were so friendly and informative which is nice having a business explain what they were doing. Thank you for great service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience at OK Tire - we had a flat tire that we discovered the night before and were scheduled to check out and leave Parry Sound the next morning. I showed up at opening time and Dave was able to fit us in - this saved our day! Thank you for the great service and rapid repair to get us back on the road!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had asked for an internal repair / patch, not a plug. Dave (owner and nice guy) was adamant that the plug would do the job. Joey did the work. $30 for a plug. Great wifi, nice place to wait. COVID Protocols well adhered to. I had an appointment, arrived early, all was good. A couple of Locals recommended him to me, so that is always a good sign.
