My wife was at this location for the first time with some used home electronics and portable electronics but there weren't any clear directions. The Asian girl was shouting very impatiently at her the entire time. Patrons really should not have to suffer this kind of abuse.
f	fred hui on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Asain girl is extremely rude, yelling me to separate plastic bottles and metal bottles??? I never have this condition at other places. I’m just returning bottles, this is not my job to handle this, if you don’t want do the job, you can quit. I mention not only me have this situation. The owner or manager should train her how to provide good customer service!
D	DMWA FYP on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is garbage. We reached there at 4.48pm. Google say open till 5pm but that’s apparently that not according to this Caucasian guy in his 50s. He told everyone in the queue (about 4 of us) that they are “closed”. When questioned about their operating hours, he said the 5pm closing time means everyone out the door by 5pm. Then make some excuse about they go home at 5.30 like that’s our problem. If the bottle return at Blundell is not closed, we wouldn’t even have came here.

Then she thinking to have the right to yell at the people and treat them like trash!!!. I do not understand why a person like her still have a job. Well an advice , CHAMGE JOB IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY!!! I wouldn’t be surprised if one day she will yell to the wrong person , probably will be the day she will learn her lesson .

The only downside is this Asian lady at the cash register who shouts aggressively and shows a lack of respect for customers. Every time I visit here, I can't help to wonder how she can still have the job??????

I didn't because I only have two kinds of bottles and I indeed was separating them in front of her and there were only 6 or 7 of them. I feel sorry for her as when she slamming things around, she was actually hurting herself. I told her to take it easy and not need to be so angry.
S	Shaula Delgado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for my first time experience. Staff are nice in the counter area. They counted the bottles and cans correctly. They also have disposal area for the bags and hand washing and drying area just beside the counter. Though the place is quite small, they have designated areas that you can arrange your bottles.

At first, I thought I was the only one as she was probably having a bad day but boy was I wrong. I too am scolded and yelled at by her for not following her guidelines. I apologized but she kept on hollering. I am not sure if it was the fumes of that place that made her go berserk by slamming the trays and yelling at me and other people. I hope she and the owner reads this review and I just want to say this to you: If you are not happy with your job, don't take it out on the customers, just quit. No one needs such a failure of an attitude from you.
