M	Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review was originally posted on another duplicate Google Maps location: There seemed to be a bunch of kids running the place who I overheard making inappropriate comments – apparently they didn't think I could hear them? The "inspection" was a joke, everything was checked off as "OK" even though I knew for a fact that at least one of the points (CV Boots) they checked off were torn on my car - they didn't actually even look at half the things on the list. On the bright side I did get my oil changed at a decent price, and they actually noticed the special oil viscosity requirement of my engine, although once again I overheard a discussion about using the wrong viscosity oil on other peoples cars "without a problem". I may visit again, but hope for a more professional experience.
E	Emily Day on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE. They damaged my vehicle I had to replace my entire oil pan and oil pan bolt. A 565$ bill 4 days before Christmas. The owner will NOT return my calls, I have gone in person made a report and the current manager also agreed that I shouldn’t have to pay this bill. My car was damaged by oil changers and they really did ruined my Christmas I couldn’t enjoy moments with my son because I’m so stressed about this 565$ bill at Christmas. Utterly disgusting. I’ve been so calm in asking for someone to please get back to me no one has not once. The owner still haven’t heard from him.

Was there for another hour and 20 minutes as vehicles decided to pull up and jam themselves into the lane way. Employees have no organization of who was here first. If you have 2+ hours and are willing to have to fight with customers on who can force themselves in the bay then this is the place for you.

All the visits before today were decent as I always get my oil changes done with this company. After buying a new Volkswagen and taking it there for my third time, they have lost my confidence after telling me that they can't do it. I've been there twice before with this car! After I told them to stop working on it, after they told me they couldn't do it, they proceeded to continue working on it! Listen I appreciate you are trying to help, but with something as sensitive and important as a car, if you don't know what you're doing, STOP IMMEDIATELY! Didn't stop until I stuck my head out the window to yell to stop! I've spent thousands getting my oil changes done here, I do 40k+ a year on my car and always get synthetic.
J	Jonathan Simmonds on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience. I know my car and usually am able to do all my own maintenance. But in the middle of winter, I would rather get someone else to do it. My fear is they would try to sell everything that they can, whether I need it or not. It was a bit of a wait as we were the last customers of the day but I am extremely happy with both the price and the level of service.
