O	Only Montrose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered from this place on Doordash. I use the app very often and this was the worst meal I’ve ever ordered through them. The cod was flavourless, overcooked and unpleasantly greasy. The fries were burnt with not one grain of salt on them. The mushrooms had the overwhelming flavour of old grease. The shrimp was almost burnt, dry and flavourless, and the entire order was poorly packaged. I demanded a full refund from Doordash. Not even the fact that it ended up being free made this ok to eat. Could not even get through this “meal.” We threw most of it out.
M	M. Ilievs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schooner's makes excellent fish & chips. Read that again. Excellent! Service is quick, prices are comparable to other fish & chip places & added bonus is that they often have coupons for good deals. Give Schooner's a try you won't be disappointed!

We had the special that was on for the haddock and chips. For the price it's a decent amount compared to other establishments near by. Enjoyed it. Will go again.

It was delicious, and reheated beautifully in the air fryer as I wasn't able to eat it right away. The GF Cinnamon donuts were tasty too! Can't wait to go back to try the GF onion rings!

Sierra is celiac and her favourite place to find gluten free treats is Schooners Fish and Chips. As always, she loved the donuts and gave them a thumbs up ?? I would like to thank all the staff for putting effort into making them look so beautiful!? Shout out to Cathy for her hard work and great customer service! 10/10 would recommend! I’ve been a customer of Schooners for many years and they never fail to impress!

Anyway portion size for our order was very small. Hard to believe actually. Been going there for over 30 years. Called owner back regarding this even took a picture of it when we arrived home. She didn’t care , we were shocked of her response to be honest. Time to go somewhere else. Too bad what a shame.
H	Haroon I. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the haddock and chips, with tartar sauce and coleslaw. The haddock piece was gigantic and very filling, but one end of the fish was just batter with no fish in it. The fries were very soggy but tasted great. The coleslaw didn't look very appetizing but it was actually good in taste, it looked like the gabbage was all mashed up. The tartar sauce was excellent too. The restaurant, although I did takeout, was very clean and the staff seemed friendly. Overall I will eat here again but it wasn't a perfect five stars.
