Just bought a board there and I absolutely loved it, great sales, good quality, they have everything. I talked with experts in snowboard and other outdoor equipment and they were super friendly and helpful, I greatly recomend this location for any ski/snowboard purchase. My store of choice

The staff is always so nice, and you go to Oberson to get the advices and real experienced staff that do practice the sports on which they give you advice. I actually told the lady at the counter, we buy so much stuff online but every time we can buy physical, we are remembered why it is so natural and important to actually have interactions with a real person to remember the pleasure of buying in a store and feel confident in our purchases due to the clear and complete generous explanations from the staff. Oberson is such a place and always such a pleasant human shopping experience.

Went in today with a friend and her kid and we both bought a whole equipment for ourselves and rented one for her kid, we spend a total of 5k$, everyone from the rental place to Matisse in the ski department were EXTREMELY helpful and patient, even though the store was packed... ....And then we moved to the 2nd floor to get helmets and it all went downhill (no pun intended) from there. The woman could not be bothered to answer the most basic questions, it was like we bothered her. To be honest, I bought an Atomic Savor GT Visor Stereo and I'm upset that I bought it still with her attitude I'm thinking of returning it JUST because we were so poorly treated and her attitude still bothers me.. My friend is returning her own helmet tomorrow it does not fit correctly, something that could have been prevented with BASIC answers had she taken to time to answer them and do her basic job.

My husband and I drove from Ottawa to your store, because of the great variety offered and reviews. Matt took care of us (Laval unit), and I can say without exaggerating, that this is the first time in 20 years that I have a boot made for me. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, I now have a boot that will improve my skiing, and bring me pleasure with no pain! Thank you Matt!

I own an older Marin bike, and went here because they are listed as a dealer of said bike brand. I figured they would have resources regarding the bike a normal repair centre wouldn't. What I've seen here is ineptitude that you have to work to achieve. While I would whole hearty agree that from drop off to diagnostic within 24 hours is more than acceptable. The next step is where we take a lulu if you follow Bugs Bunny. For over a week, there was no contact, no update as to what was wrong with my bike, or for that matter what would it cost to fix it! Finally after feeling I waited long enough I went down there in person to demand some answers. I was assured of the problem, the fix, and the price. I was even more surprised when I got called up within 24 hours saying they had the part, and the bike would be repaired post haste. Then we took another step in the wrong direction. "Whoops, it didn't fix the problem, we need to guess again." And now conveniently the part they THINK they need won't be in stock for years. I was also fed the lies on how long it would take another tech to even look at the bike, assuming I could mystically find the parts they need. From my prospective do not trust your bike with these people to be repaired! I have no qualms with provisions, or even delayed contact, but when you actively guessing as to the problem, and the proper repairs you have NO business claiming you can repair a product!
