No knowledge at all for electric car. They just want to charge you random service.

I drove two hours for one of the sales reps to call me and say they won’t wait for me to get there as they want to close early for the long weekend. Said he would call me back in two mins to confirm. I called back 15 mins later after not hearing to find out he went home. Highly highly unprofessional

It’s such a lie. Then Lucas drove and came back and said that there is nothing issues he found. For this I waited for 2 and a half hour. Never ever visiting this location again. THERE SHOULD BE ZERO STARS,

I had the pleasure of dealing with Olympio and Rajeev for buying my pathfinder and both were extremely courteous and professional. from my own experience with them, i would recommend this dealership.

Now, February 18 this is the second time this New 2021 Nissan Kicks is not turning on in a freezing evening. After being on service days ago. I can't believe I'm stuck paying an unreliable vehicle with no solutions. the phone numbers I have from the service person at Oakville Nissan and the manager phones are not available after hours. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THIS NISSAN SUV.

My 2020 Kicks was unfortunately totalled in March 2022 but during the year and a half I had it, it was exceptional. Never gave me any issues and was a smooth drive. The service here is incredible. Everyone from sales to service goes above and beyond for you. I left each time feeling I got great, friendly service. Once I had an issue after getting my car serviced and it was dealt with immediately. It’s not the mistake, it’s how it’s dealt with that matters to me and this dealership handles every issue with responsiveness and care. I would recommend to anyone that buys a car here to get a warranty! It is worth it. New cars are basically iPhones on wheels and things are going to happen. The dealership doesn’t control the price of parts or their availability. I had a faulty sensor on my new Kicks and I walked away with a bill for $0. Warranty may be a bit extra but it’s worth every penny when you need it. This is a well managed dealership and I will continue to purchase my vehicles from them. I wish I didn’t live so far now or I would continue to go here for service. Thanks to everyone at Oakville Nissan.
