Whether you like to hand deliver your gift personally, or have us deliver your gift with care is up to you!

Call ahead to place an order for pick up or delivery, or stop by to select one of our pre-made bouquets or arrangements.

We deliver city-wide for a flat rate of $13.25 plus tax. Our regular delivery hours are Monday- Friday between 10am-5pm. We accept a limited number of deliveries each day. (Some exceptions can be made for deliveries outside of the regular schedule but availability can not be guaranteed). Same day delivery is available to a limited number of orders, please place your order early for best selection and availability.

Call to place your order for delivery with the following information ready:

1. We require the following contact information for each delivery: name, address and phone number of the recipient. It is our policy to call the recipient before the order is made or leaves the shop in order to ensure someone is able to accept the delivery. Due to the delicate nature of flowers, we can not leave deliveries with a neighbor or on a door step without the recipient’s consent.

2. All deliveries are made-to-order for arrangements that are just right for each recipient. Choose from some of these options to get an idea of what you would like to send (fresh hand tied bouquet, a floral arrangement in a vase, or a potted plant arrangement), the style you prefer (natural, modern, traditional), and the colors you like best (soft and romantic, bright and fresh) and if there are any specific types of flowers you would like included (something unique, or a favourite flower).

3. Determine your budget. The cost of your gift will depend on the types of flowers, style, and size of the arrangement. We can work with just about any budget and can help you make the best selection. (Some average price points are : Small bouquet $35, Medium bouquet $50, Large bouquet $75, Extra Special Large bouquet $100, Add a vase for $10-25).

4. What would you like to say on the card? We offer small complimentary enclosure cards with limited space for your message. If you want to write a poem or send flowers from all 35 of your co-workers then we recommend including a larger greeting card to compliment the gift!

5. We accept Visa and MasterCard for phone orders. Please have your payment ready when placing your order.

Lady I spoke to asked all the questions right off the bat, the more questions she asked, and I didn’t have the answers for, she became condescending and unhappily said she’d call me the following Monday between 11am and 2pm and hoped that I had answers and whatnot for her. Definitely let me know, without specifically letting me know, that I wasted her time. I figured I didn’t care about her feelings and still wanted to try to obtain flowers, anyway she didn’t call. Poor customer service.

Unfortunately, after a couple days there was an issue with the bouquet, so I reached out to them and after a couple exchanges via email, they offered me a brand new bouquet. Very accommodating of them and the new bouquet is just as lovely! I have always loved this place and this just gives me another reason to keep coming back. Tatiana met with me for an initial consultation and then a month before the wedding to finalize details. She communicated really well throughout the whole process answering all of my questions in between meetings and updating things as we went along. I wanted a garden party look and Oak and Lily delivered! The flowers were exactly what I dreamed of and they worked with my budget to create the look I was looking for. I also rented all of the vases and candles from Oak and Lily which was super helpful. I wanted a lot of candles and that is exactly what I got. The bouquets were gorgeous, they looked natural yet formal. Their storefront shop is also super cute and made me want to buy something every time I came in for a visit.

No one felt the need to email me back so I decided to enter the store one day to see if I could chat with someone. I explained my situation and was responded to with a firm 'it's mother's day week' despite the fact that my first email was in December. The person working reluctantly took down my information, and said that someone would respond to my email or call me back, or that I could call or email to follow up (a 3rd time). No one has since contacted me via email or phone. In the end of her taking down my information, i shared a flower that i really wanted in my bouquet and she immediately responded with a curt 'i'm not making any promises'. She did not smile once, she did not congratulate me on my wedding or for choosing them, and after that interaction I immediately called somewhere else, where they were very excited to celebrate my wedding with me. Will not be going back, which is unfortunate, as I have been a regular customer in the past.
