★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old, poorly maintained building. Toilet constantly runs despite being "fixed" a few months ago. Bathtub leaked and flooded the hallway and master bedroom. Kitchen faucet dripped while I was out and flooded the apartment below. The "gym" on premises is a dank, dingy room with broken equipment. When we moved in I had to ask for a cover for the living room light switch. Apartment wasn't even ready on move-in date.
Upside is that the superintendent is really nice and the building doesn't have bedbugs. For the price, potential tenants might want to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is really old and not well maintained. There is mold, water damage and constant leaking from the pipes. Despite being advised to turn the AC back on during an extreme heat warning, they have left the AC off. During this extreme heat several tenants have fallen ill and one is currently in the hospital. The only good thing about 2150 Bromsgrove road are the very lovely tenants who build a nice sense of community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Between the building managers negligence to maintence that put my son at risk from live exposed wires in his room for over a year, harassment, discrimination..etc. I would not recommend this property to anyone. After I made a complaint about neglected maintenance, I (as well as my guest) experienced being cussed at from building managment which I recorded. Honestly, from my experience if you live here... you can't stand up for your tenant rights without being mistreated. Also its pretty much a gossip spot - if you have an issue with building management other tenants will know, there is no privacy. I agree the best part of the building is the tenants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love location, love the tenants. No maintenance on very old building. No updates done to apartments. Rude and lazy landlord, things don't get fixed and if they do, it is done horribly and only a temporary fix. Any little work that is done will try and get a higher increase percentage on next years rent increase. It is too bad because it could be a fantastic building if run properly. Pool is out of service most of the year for maintenance so the signs say. Some tenants have had bed bugs, nothing done to whole building to deal with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is dated. The stairwells look like they have never been cleaned, the carpet and paint are dated as well. There are always leaks and maintenance issues.Rent increase is always above guidelines every year. The buildings issues are never properly fixed, this ensures that rent is constantly raised.
