On Nov 5th, 2021, I had my first in-person consultation after attempting several times to book an appointment.
Since then I have sent several emails as a follow-up.
I received one email on Nov 13th, saying they are out of town and willย connect with me within two weeks with the details of my project.
Since then I have sent several email and I have not heard back from them yet!
As a reputableย company, I would have expected some timely communication.ย I am highlyย disappointedย with their lack of response and professionalism.
