K	Karanbir Singh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, the security guard is crazily rude and illiterate made me wait 4 hours just to get trailer from the warehouse that too early in the morning, seems like this person never had basic education also to add he even fought with the next driver which came to pick up the trailer.

On site security officer was friendly and gave me straight directions what to do and where to deliver (finally a security personnel who speaks proper English!) I appreciate the procedure they have in place for Covid screening.

He was behaving illiterate and was showing middle figure. Before me he was fighting with another truck driver as well. I talked to another security girl who was working after his shift was done and she was supporting his behaviour. I told them to check security cameras. I also complained about him inside the shipping department as well. Hope such kinda matters will be taken care. Truckers deserve respect as we are the people who worked during covid 19 pandemic when others were sitting with their families at home and we tried to brought every day things to people. And we are facing such kinda humility.

I pick up loads for years here at this company and never have any problem with any security there. Security very helpful and friendly specially the morning guy who work there. All these coments must be written by some selfish and disrespectful people who no like follow instruction and want everything dun their way or no way and who are blocking the hole yard and not thinking of felow driver friends and walk around with no safety west and fightin with shipping people too. Everybody should calm done and do their job. Security is there do his job to make money for living just like everyboy else. I must say shipping people rude sometimes spacialy when busy but ok. Good day!
H	Honest Review on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here to share my honest opinion and thoughts about OI Brampton and not about security that works at this place as an outside contractor. These reviews about security should be written on their website and not OI. Anyway...I worked for OI for several years and unfortunately there is nothing positive to say about it. Over the last 6 or 7 years I've seen this place changing its culture and the way it runs. Numerous managers are coming and going and all of them were clueless. This place is running down big time. They are letting good people go who worked there for decades. Their health and safety policies are a disaster. They are hiring people who barely speak English from outside Canada, as if in Canada were not enough educated individuals who could work here. I am positive there are unemployed people who would be more than happy to get a job in order to survive and feed their families but instead others are taking these positions. It is very said seeing what is happening right in front of your eyes yet you can't to nothing. Corporate only cares about money while employees who are still there get blamed for everything that goes wrong under the management they have right now. It's a joke!!! I don't know how much longer this place will last if these "managers" are still there sitting in their chairs and eating the food they order with company's credit cards and make FIESTAS! So sad...

Ran out of hours so I told them the load was refused only to be told that they would not unload the couple of skids they had put on. They informed me that I would have to stay on the dock until the next morning before they could unload me!!! Refused to unlock me from the dock. I ended up calling the police as they had left for the night. The police called the manager, who was far from pleased. He called a forklift driver in to unload me. Avoid like the plague as it is to worth the hassle!
