★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy saved us! Our sled overheated and seized up 8kms from the highway at halfway hotsprings. We went back to tow it out with another sled the next morning and he had already grabbed it after towing out 2 trucks. Even helped us load it onto the trailer. All around super friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You just can't give some people money? Needed to tow my truck from camp to Kelowna. Tried to use a local company. O'Brien's said no it was to hot and air-conditioning in truck wasn't working well, he had to go to Salmon Arm the next day which would have given him a back haul essentially get paid double. It was an ICBC tow, I call Dakota's Towing in Kelowna they jumped at it. Dakota's picked it up as arranged. 13hr tow $2300. I had never used Dakota's before, but I manage 19 trucks and 3 log trucks they will get all my work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got stuck up halfway hotsprings road and the lovely couple that runs OBriens was so kind. They helped me at a time that was inconvenient and I really appreciated it. They brought this special vehicle with chains up the road and pulled me out of the snow. Their price was even better than I had imagined!! Overall really nice people. I would hands down call them again when I am back in Nakusp.
