J'ai essayé différents plans nutritionnels, régimes, diètes, tantôt recommandés par des nutritionnistes, tantôt par ma propre motivation. L'an dernier j'ai décidé que je voulais mieux comprendre ces variations de mon poids, et je souhaitais une perte de poids plus graduelle, et en arriver à une alimentation plus équilibrée, de façon saine et surtout durable. Je suis allée consulter un nutritionniste de l'équipe nutrition à l'hiver dernier. Grâce à l'écoute, à l'aide et à l'accompagnement qui m'ont été offerts par mon nutritionniste, j'ai perdu 20 livres en quelques mois, seulement en apprenant à écouter réellement mon appétit et ce que mon corps me dit. Ce dont je suis le plus fière, c'est que je me sens maintenant bien à ce poids, SANS avoir à me priver d'absolument aucun ALIMENT. C'est pour moi une incroyable libération! Je n'exagère pas en disant que l'Équipe nutrition a fait en sorte que j'ai littéralement changé ma relation avec la nourriture, et donc ma vie !! C'est pourquoi je recommande cette équipe à mes proches et à mon entourage SANS aucune HÉSITATION !
Since childhood, I have always had weight problems and therefore a love / hate relationship with food. I tried different nutritional plans, diets, diets, sometimes recommended by nutritionists, sometimes by my own motivation. Last year I decided that I wanted to better understand these variations in my weight, and I wanted a more gradual weight loss, and to arrive at a more balanced diet, in a healthy and above all sustainable way. I went to see a nutritionist from the nutrition team last winter. Thanks to the listening, help and support offered to me by my nutritionist, I lost 20 pounds in a few months, only by learning to really listen to my appetite and what my body tells me. . What I am most proud of is that I now feel good about this weight, WITHOUT having to deprive myself of absolutely no FOOD. It is for me an incredible liberation! I am not exaggerating when I say that the Nutrition Team has made it so that I have literally changed my relationship with food, and therefore my life !! This is why I recommend this team to my loved ones and my entourage WITHOUT any hesitation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend the nutritionist Sarah, I found her to be childish and lacking experience. A good nutritionist knows that each person and body type needs different approach. She was only interested in giving me a food list that is dated back 2015 and a meal plan that could be found on the Internet. She barely took the time to listen to my needs. And when I expressed my concerns she got rude. She wasted my time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I consulted a dietician at Equipe Nutrition as a last resort to lose weight. I've always been fit but in the last year, couldn't understand why i gained weight. I didn't expect much as i was certain its simply part of aging! To my surprise, i achieved my goals within the time frame estimated by my dietician. I appreciated his professionalism and the fact that he gave me tools to make me autonomous in my ability to manage my weight efficiently. Simply said, i relearned how to eat in a balanced and enjoyable way and it was easier than i thought. I'm very grateful for these services and i highly recommended them.
