★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up for a few of Andrea's fermenting workshops in 2014. In both workshops she demonstrated in depth knowledge of how fermenting foods/drinks can improve your diet and lifestyle. I was blown away with the information I learned and since then I have been regularly making fermented products in my home. Thank you Andrea for opening the door into a healthier lifestyle for my family and I. I can't wait to attend more of your workshops!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently attended Andrea's Herbal Beauty Care workshop and learned so much! She is the most knowledgable person I have ever met when it comes to plants and their medicinal properties. She took us on a tour of her extensive garden and shared her wealth of information on natural remedies. She also made us a delicious lunch and showed us how to make a natural facecream as well as a salve. (Both of which we got to take home). Andrea is very friendly and down to earth and you can tell she really cares about what she does and the people she is trying to help. I would highly recommend Andrea and what she offers!
