★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing burgers absolutely delicious options and well cooked, prepared. The sweet potato yam fries are also really delicious with an interesting batter you must try. Great condiments and sauces for options on your food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited The Forks on a warmer winter Sunday and ordered a Shang-Awesome from Nuburger. Top quality burgers with a nice char on the beef. I tend to opt for anything on the menu with goat cheese (or add it on) because it is delicious. 5 stars for the food, but overall experience will halt it at 4. I've ordered here numerous times and there's just a noticeable inconsistency with the service. Been greeted with the best, and ignored as well.
However, the initiative to support local farmers will keep Nuburger on my list!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by here with my gf 2 days ago and ordered an average joseph chicken burger and 2 orders of fries. I noticed the chicken in my burger seemed oddly shaped, mostly too thin but with a thicker part in one section, and to my eye looked like it could be a little bit undercooked there. However I was in a bit of a hurry to get down to the river for my ski bike appointment and didn't think too much about it. In hindsight this was a mistake and I should've trusted my eye. I woke up yesterday at 4am with vomiting/diarrhea for a good 9 or 10 hours and couldn't move eat or drink anything all day long from the nausea and unsettled stomach. I called the restaurant and employee was apologetic, told me all meats are checked with a probe, and to reach out to management. There appears to have been a mistake in my case as my food was not cooked through. I notice another review from only a month ago about somebody else getting food poisoning here as well so I would suggest a group review/orientation of your safe food handling and cooking practices may be a good idea. Will not be eating here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NuBurger, has always been a consistent place for great food and quality products. Their burger variety have always been something to be surprised from all meat types to vegetarian and even in that the varying spice level and different combination of veggies, it is just splendid. With Forks being saturated for places to eat at, this still stands out. For some reason, their freshly squeezed lemonade was just so fresh. Also, it is cost efficient, you don't spend more than what you actually get, which is rather great for burger joints, since a lot of them charge a lot. I tried the Billie Eilish BTW, it was new flavor great as well. I hope you do experience this great place, on your visit to Forks and more so if you are not a local.
