★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, quality ingredients, fast and great value. Sit-down restaurant quality for fast food prices. Their Teen Burgers and onion rings are classics! This location has friendly staff and manage to keep their busy restaurant clean :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my go to locations as its walking distance to home. I like to dine in usually. The restraunt is usually very clean. The size of the dining area is good too. The food is always very good and fresh too. The staff are always very friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A&W has some truly delicious burgers, the best fast food offering out of the major chains, in my opinion. Be careful though, they're a little addictive!!
Their fries are alright, although far from the best in fast food. It's also slightly annoying that you can only get one size. But if you pair the fries with some of their yummy gravy, they're a good side for the incredible burgers.
The location in City Place Mall is clean and inviting with some great old pictures on the walls. The staff is friendly and efficient.
I also appreciate that A&W serves their whole menu in the morning. So, if you want a burger in the morning instead of breakfast food, you can get it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SLOOOW service. Moves at the pace of glaciers. I went yesterday and it was slow. I went today and it was even slower. One guy wanted to dine in but he ended up telling the cashier that he'll take it to go instead. The other guy asked for a refund since by the time he got all his food, some of it was cold. People who came later getting their orders first. I had to wait a long time. Terrible terrible. City Place A&W.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at this location on May 26th for lunch. I placed an order for spicy Habanero and requested the tomato be taken out as I hate eating raw tomatoes.
The tomato was not taken out and I didn't realize until I got to the office, I called to let them know and they apologized and offered a store credit. I was there today and was greeted by the store manager who handed an envelope to me. I saw a gift card in it but couldn't read the content of the letter until I got to the office.
To my surprise, the store manager penned an emotional note about how sorry they are to have make me missed my lunch.
This is nothing far from humility and an exceptional customer service skills.
