β β β β β I honestly left this place so happy I could cry. My first waxing experience (another salon) was so traumatic it literally put my body into shock. Brenna was so compassionate to my nervousness and this experience was what a wax should actually feel like! So clean, so fast, and virtually painless! My Brazilian took hardly 15 minutes and I left with a smile on my face, and so much knowledge. She really took her time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable about trying Brazilian again. I am so excited to go back and will only ever get waxed at Nova again! Do Not Go Anywhere Else!

β β β β β Brenna was really nice, we laughed throughout the session and I forgot about the pain. It was my first time so I was expecting so much worse, but it went well and Iβll def be going back. And her place is super clean and cozy.

β β β β β I love coming here knowing that waxing is what she does all day. This 'oh waxing sometimes but I specialize in hair is not for me. This woman specializes in waxing! She knows exactly what she's doing , full confidence.
She is always looking like her best self.
I drive 51 minutes to get here and will not go anywhere else. :)

β β β β β This is a 5 STAR waxing bar, hell it's actually a million star waxing bar. Brenna is absolutely fantastic and her secretary Devon is amazing! Brenna is kind, courteous and really knows how to wax. Her waxing is lit and on fire! If you want the best waxing possible go to Brenna! You will not regret it!

β β β β β This place is unreal. Brenna is fantastic, she made me feel comfortable, she was very personable and friendly. The waxing (Brazilian and underarm) was incredible, very clean and thorough and I somehow didnβt even leave with that familiar post-wax slight burning sensation thanks to her after care. Iβm super happy I found this spot and I will most definitely be returning.

β β β β β I just returned from Nova Wax Bar and was extremely impressed with everything I experienced there. The service -- the main thing -- was excellent. Brenna has lots of experience and her efficiency in making my back super smooth was impressive. In addition to that, she and the staff at Nova are really friendly. Professional the whole way, but they make you feel at ease there. I also like that they do their business in an "e" way: email me the receipt, I can book online, payment is easy. This place really demonstrates how a small business should be run. I will be a return customer.

When I was new to coming to her wax bar, she was able to make me feel very comfortable and I have trusted her for all my waxing needs ever since! Brenna takes time to build rapport with her clients and has gotten to know myself and my preferences over my time coming to her wax bar. She is professional, friendly, and the absolute best!
