They are so professional, caring and take the time to listen to you, whether it be a (in your mind) silly request or you just need to chat. They are always so clean inside and outside of the building as well. I cannot say enough good things about this spa.

I never win anything, so I was pretty excited that I won this but at the time wished it had of been a manicure or pedicure or something that I would normally pay for there anyway. I booked with Brittany for a session (I can’t recall the amount of time originally allocated) and was contacted to reschedule at a later date so that the session would be longer. I spent 90 minutes with Brittany going over each and every step with me. There were no high pressure sales to buy only their products. Just good information using too of the line products that I could buy or not. I will go back and buy more time under Brittany’s very patient tutelage until I’m comfortable doing it myself. I felt so beautiful when she was done!

Once was a gift and once i paid for myself. Complete waist of money and very very upsetting. I will never ever be back for one sadly. It was like a 5year old painted my nails ?

Although the physical space is clean and has a nice ambiance my experience was not satisfactory. The 'bot' booking service was frustrating and impersonal, I had questions about the services and there was too much back and forth with a bot that could not properly answer questions. On arrival at the location, customers are not greeted at the door, rather they are directed to message a bot or call a number that no one picks up, my daughter and I had to wait outside for several minutes in the rain before someone let us in. The service I received was nothing over what I would get at a cheap and cheerful salon. When my aesthetician was being too rough on my cuticles, I asked for her to be more gentle on them - I was then rudely asked twice if I would like to do it myself. My one hour treatment as per the menu, lasted less than 45 minutes. For a total of $70.00 I was not only underwhelmed but was disrespected. The attached photo is a picture of my nails the following day.

They’ve introduce me to Eminence Organic Skincare which I’ve fallen in love with. Truly amazing products! The spa is super clean, staff are friendly, & it’s a great atmosphere to be in.
