Documents were sent 2 months in advance, 3 weeks before the sale of the condo, notary called saying that the case is too complicated for him and that he didn't want to pursue the case.
I had already rented my place and needed the sale to be done in order to have a place to live. And that in a middle of a pandemic!
Only go with notary Khalaji for a simple case or else he'll drop the case. Not professional, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an unfortunate client I knew that mr Khaleghi never ever answers the calls of clients but today I had fixed an appointment by email to get my documents at his place. She did not show up, and as his normal didn’t answer my calls. I was there in -20 degrees waiting without any notice of cancellation or answer to my calls.
