She doesn't respond to emails or phone calls. When asked why she is not responding her answer is she is too busy to work on my file. She even made me cry and emotional with all the stress I'm already dealing with. Just waiting for right time to file a case against her. Don't book her she doesn't have any work ethics

I sold my property while I was away for work but still remained a Canadian resident for tax purposes. She withheld my money for more than 1 week after my accountant repeatedly communicated with her to inform her about my tax residency is in Canada. She does not check emails even if it’s for urgent matters. The communication with her is just frustrating like talking to a wall. She almost made me cry a few time because she’s just so unreasonable. I would avoid her with a passion.
