★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called for a real estate transaction, after asking a bunch of irrelevant and ridiculous questions (if I have a file there, do I have a reference, how I found them etc) the secretary said the notary would call me back later today. She did not call. Next day I called again. She started the same questions, when I reminded her that I had already answered these questions and been waiting for a day and a half for her call, she said if you don't have a file here she won't take your case!!!. I said you should have told me this yesterday, now I am going leave you a negative review. All of a sudden she said she IS the notary and started shouting and berating me for threatening to leave a negative comment.
No respect or regards for clients. Just attitude and bad manners. AVOID

But when I called and asked them to witness will probate documents, they never returned my calls or replied to my messages. Is this what business etiquette has become? One does not even deign to take a minute to respond to former clients, if the opportunity is not sufficiently lucrative? Is this the character you want in a business associate?
