Victor here is terrific with his way of walking me through the process and explaining it to me clearly. Got the process done with ease and it was a go place for the best price across Toronto and all in one place for fingerprints and notaries.

Therefore the Gentleman and I use that Title sparingly in this matter as I do not want to be Rude and truly use the words I wish I could use in a public review!to describe the first impression. He answered the Telephone Not! Indicating the Business Name or his Title or Name . If by a 4 second conversation not even a conversation just called to ask a question and Sounded like he was still half asleep, disgruntled Rude, spoke With a degrading response as well as responded in a loud shouting manner. This Indicates your lack of professionalism. Therefore I will Thank You! for letting me know instantly you are someone who truly lacks Professionalism, Decorum as well as Compassion which in Your Field Should be a prerequisite! The one star rating is too generous for the Rude Adolescent that answered the Telephone. Too bad I didn't Read your Reviews Prior because the negative Reviews are Truths and Facts! The Postive Reviews well they must have been Seen by Someone other than the Rude Adolescent and they are probably Props! Lol. Hey Rude Guy perhaps start your day with a cup of ☕ Coffee!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my documents were delayed two weeks. I was given an appointment twice to come receive my documents and they were not ready. they didn't even notify me saying there would be delays. really bad customer service.
I asked for a discount and he reluctantly gave me 40 dollars back from the 400 CAD I paid in advance.
Will not be coming back and would not recommend to anyone seeking translation.
