β β β β β I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this firm in two separate real estate situations recently. I experience issues such as a clerk who made multiple requests for the same documentation and a lawyer who provided confusing details. When confronted about the issues, the responses from both clerk and lawyer were smug denials of responsibility.
These issues made it exhaustingly frustrating to deal with this firm and resulted in wasted time and money.
You get what you pay for. If you have the time and energy to deal with confusion and complacency, then this is the firm for you.

β β β β β I don't recommend this firm. I worked with them twice. First time they sent out a check that I specifically told them not to send, and I lost money. Second time they dragged the case with title insurance, and I'm left with penalties for the late payment. Half of my calls and emails are ignored, and I have to call again and again to get some answer. I had to correct the documents, because they made a mistake in numbers. I had to control every step (which I am not qualified to do and that is why I hire a lawyer).
Maybe Martha or Alex are better when dealing with them personally, but I never had an opportunity to talk to either of them. It was always someone else from the office. And the staff is polite, but is always blaming someone else on delays and errors.
Needless to say, I am not coming back.
