FOR SOMEONE WHO WANTS A LASH LIFT SERVICE: Sandra is a person nice to talk to, however, we want a service done right, correct? I thought she knows what she does, as she has confidence in her hands. I am having lash lift service every year for the last 15 years. The service I got from Sandra is not even a service. She was practicing on me! Firstly, it took her twice longer, which is okay... I thought she is a very good and detailed person. But when I saw myself in a mirror I went to the bathroom, and I wanted to cry! And I could not say anything, I already gave her money. Basically, for 70$ she did only lash tint!!!! PLEASE, REFER TO MY ATTACHED PICTURES, I HOPE YOU WON'T BE ROBED LIKE I WAS. This price is already discounted by Groupon. I cannot imagine how much would be a normal price it is just a steal. The worst, it is that Sandra does not see my point, and she believes that my lashes are curled. She did not apologized at all, and as a favor she gave me an another appointment to fix it, and then cancelled it, as I preferred to have a refund instead. I asked her for a refund and offered her to keep the money for the lash tint even this tint service took her almost two hours. I am very curious who sees on my picture Lash Lift? I am pretty sure NOBODY see any Lift lash if you had this service done correctly before! In her Instagram I saw one lady with properly done lashes. Others look so-so. But Sandra still thinking that my lashes are curled. I am wondering where? Just ends a bit after manipulating them to stay kinda waived (I would call it akldo that the lashes just looked to different dirrections) after almost two hours after staying on the rod - obviously the looked a bit like something was don on them. I was providing Lift Lash services myself some time ago, and there is a clear rule, that the curl has to stat from the base, and this is how the lashes gonna last. This place obviously will have clients who are happy anyways, as even this "service" will satisfy to someone, and will see the owner as the authority, but if you want things done right and YOU had this service before done right, PAY ATTENTION TO MY PICTURES AND HER INSTAGRAM, this person does no have a face to charge me for that!! Even the way she took my picture is unprofessional. She knew that she did not do the job right and that why the picture just done when I am looking up. Basically, Sandara, having nice conversation with you made me relax and I could not even complain. I am very unhappy to spend all this time even commenting all this. I advise you, AVOID THS PLACE! She can keep this 70$ she might need it, and 1 STAR in addition. Sandra is too shameless, very confident in herself person to do what she have done. Good clients do not deserve to have this. I am not a picky person, my previous girl sometimes was missing some hair and whatever, but the lashes were curled! I always tip well, even this lady got few baks. I recently moved to Toronto and that why I ended up in this sketchy place! Never again !!! I will go only to recommended places for someone decent!!!! I should have just drive couple hours to see the professional Lift Lash who actually learned to do it just in few months. Sandra told me that she does Lift Lash for 4 yeas. Yeah right!!! Also the jewelry she sells looks so cheap like from Alli Express but she sells it X 15more expensive. Basically all in this business looks nice, even the conversation with her, until you see the result and what kind of person she is!

I got a pedicure from Sandra. She is so sweet and professional. She makes sure you are comfortable and know all the products being used on you. She did and amazing job, I would definitely recommend her.
