A	A R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived at Norwood village apartments for 2 years and was my first apartment experience. Paula has been the most kind and generous land lady ever and has set the standard so high for landlord and tenant relationships. The building is overall amazing, a daycare downstairs, underground parking, amazing huge balconies and a beautiful condo style look for the apartments at an amazing price. I have never at all had any bug issues of the sort and it is a very clean maintained building and family orientated. I would 100% recommend. Paula is such a kind hearted soul and will go beyond and above for your needs and wellbeing :).

We originally moved there for the location as it's close to downtown, stadium, parks, and shops and restaurants along 118th. We ended up spending more time in our apartment than originally planned (due to covid), but that was perfectly fine as it was a comfortable, nice, spacious 2 bedroom unit with big windows, lots of light and a balcony. Mabel, the building manager, is fantastic. She is friendly, helpful and very responsive. She genuinely cares about this place and the tenants. Tim, the maintenance person, is the same. Anytime we've had an issue or needed something taken care of we knew we could rely on them both. The building is cleaned daily and well maintained. As it's on 95th Street it can be noisy due to traffic but this never caused an issue for us during the day or at night. 95th area has a reputation for being a bit rough but again we never experienced any issues nor felt unsafe walking around the neighbourhood. I would go for walks almost daily along the treelined streets and really enjoyed it. Overall, it's a great place to live!

This is a family building of different races and everyone is so friendly to each other. It's like having an extended family. I will recommend this place as a home to anyone

After norwood village changed their building manager(Mabel) everything started going downhill, she is very rude and unprofessional. Me and my family were disturbed day and night from above tenant. The manager wouldn't do anything and I was told sit and talk with the tenant or call the cops. At the end when I was leaving the place I was told to pay $2250 and I went to tenant dispute and got my hard earning money back.who's the winner now. Norwood village management wake up and look at your building manager( Mabel) doing to your tenants and figure something out. Don't rent here unless they change their manager.

No safety Building manager very un professional, if 10 tenant asked about it 10 of them will definatly agree about her. Unfair,unprofessional management,

I’ve barely lived there worked out of town very clean person the only thing I had on the wall was TV and I even spent more money to put painting but when I moved out they took all my deposit $800 and told me to pay another $300 I have never experienced anything like it. I’m a save you guys money and time do not move into this apartment ever.

Thieves will break into your car in the underground parking. 2) Visitors can’t access the buzzer after 5 pm, so you have to come down to get your guests each time 3) Your Amazon package in front of your door is not safe. Lots of homeless live in the building. especially during winter 4) You can never get your security deposit back 5) management is rude and doesn’t care. I lost soo much living here.

I love that so many people in the building get to know each other and become friends, it really makes it feel like a community. The management team is attentive and helpful. I've always been able to have any issues solved quickly. Everything is kept very clean, the finishes inside my unit feel new and really well maintained compared to other places I've lived, and I have always felt safe and secure in the building. The kids playroom and community events (before covid and hopefully again soon) are a great bonus for families or anyone who just wants to get to know their neighbours. I also love the area and all the up-and-coming restaurants and local businesses that are close by.
