★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I photographed this apartment building for the owner, both during and after the renovations were complete. If I were single with no children, I would move in here in a heartbeat! All of the suites are unique, feature an old fashioned radiator, big windows with lots of light and a cool historic vibe. There are many security features (keyless entry, double locks on suites, an actual fire plan posted where everyone can access it - I've never seen that in an apartment before!) Vince runs a clean, secure building with a resident manager on site. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for a year; and had a solid living experience. Landlord is a nice guy, and very easy to talk too and communicate with. He also does an excellent job of making sure the building is up too code. And that all his tenants have everything they need. Definitely recommend this place ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Landlord is a nice guy but I felt that he was not helpful towards the end of my second lease. The paint in my unit's bathtub peeled and it took over 7 months to be fixed. The reason for the long wait was covid related but the landlord also had no problems doing in person viewings for the other vacant units. Prior to that, I was also having bed bug issues in another unit that he also neglected me on because again... "covid". I bought what little furniture I had brand new when I moved in. There is no way it came from me so make sure to ask for a in person inspection before signing anything.
