★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is dirty my unit was not clean grounds not clean and UNFRIENDY Staff!and a pain in the butt to lock the unit.The door doesn't line up so can't lock it .Very unfriendly people.

I was on a waiting list for a few weeks, However, when I finally did get a unit, the two guys that were in the office were more than helpful. The only set back I found was that the office was across town (5 minutes away). Other than that, Norwood Self Storage was more than adequate.
