★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The front line staff is really good but the msnager is a bit differnt, for two months I have been trying to buy something, first guy took information and in two months never called back with quote. Approached manager and he promised to call next day two days later I called again and manager got defensive, cutting off in conversation, misrabely failed his role as sales manager. Yesterday I spoke to another supervisor, she assured me to come to their shop and manager will meet outside to discuss. I arrived, called from the outside of store as I was advised, the sales nanager REFUSED to come outside and COMPLETELY FAILED. I have receved excellent service from their staff and incopetent behaviour of sales manager can damage the good reputation of NW, I will never deal with the ethicsless sales manager again.
