A	Azaria Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor/gynaecologist was very nice and professional, however the front desk staff were not. 2 out of 3 nurses were not wearing their masks, coughing and sneezing with them off. There is a sign before you walk in that states you must wear a facial covering or mask with in the building so I’m not sure why they’re exempt from this rule. All while laughing about patients and talking with eachother as if they’re the only ones there. They have consistently told me the wrong date of my appointments over the phone and expect you to triple check your emails and call them to make sure you have the right day. Not the best experience especially during COVID
S	Stephanie Orrego on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. I was being ignored because of a personal choice. I waited about 1 hrs 45 mins. Just for them to keep telling me, he’s too busy and I have to wait for him to call me back. The first called the reception told me the doctor was calling me but I didn’t receive no phone call from them at all. The worst part, I was sitting in my car watching people going in and out less than 20 mins. The last reception what she was telling me was so illegal going against human rights. And all I wanted was help get a refill for one of my medicine. I end up going to different place, which I had no problem.
M	Matty Lapoint on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go here 99% of the time I need a check up or doctors note. Very nice staff and knowledgeable Can be extremely slow. On an average day, you will be waiting an hour plus. Went today and it was locked, for some unspecified reason even though it should be open
K	Kamellah Ong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Zaidi is the worst family doctor we ever had. My famil had bad experience with him. I don't understand why he was very reluctant to write a diagnostic test, prescribe drugs, and to request for undergarment stocking and other covered by company insurance, instead he advised us to buy if we it need it. What kind of thinking was that? it is our benefits and he wanted us to spend money from our own pocket. He was not even reading our file, he doesn't care at all.

Diagnosing issues and giving advice to avoid reoccurring problems, whist being incredibly thorough with any of my health, insuring and ruling out any other possibilities, that could be causing the upset to my health. I couldn’t recommend this doctors office enough.
L	Leondra Dajoura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to write a review about my experience. Not surprised to see many others with the same bad experience. The doctor was so rude for absolutely no reason. Especially to my 5 month old baby. My first bad experience here the doctor misdiagnosed my baby because he refused to listen to me. Kept telling me to google…. Lol even though i 1000% knew my baby didn’t have what he was claiming. And that was confirmed by a different doctor as i went to get a second opinion. Now my visit today he was so rude and dismissive and saw us for literally 2 seconds. If you don’t like people why are you in a profession dealing with people ??? This is ridiculous. I’ll take my services elsewhere because i really don’t understand why everyone is experiencing the same whether its the front desk or doctors and nothing is being done about it. 0/10 would not recommend. Go somewhere else where you’ll be treated like a human with respect.
S	Simrat Phull on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to appreciate Sat for the exceptional welcoming nature, I once observed an older Lu gentleman calling her a sweetheart and soon at that very moment I felt the same..Sat, you are really a sweetheart and You have been able to prove that you really add the personal touch to each and every patient coming in..it reallly feels so nice dear!! I would like to say that just be the same!! Lots of love and Blessings to you Sat!!
N	Nicole Hagon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the third doctors surgery we tried when we first arrived in Canada. Three years later we still use Dr Zaidi as our regular GP. Within the first month of arriving in Canada I was struggling with my health and he was very understanding and responsive. I suffer from a chronic illness and over the years it has been hard to get doctors to listen to me, and even took a lot to get the surgery I needed and diagnosis. Dr Zaidi has never made me feel this way. He always listens and is proactive with his treatment and any needed referrals. The only criticism I have is for their Gynaecologist who was very dismissive and told me she couldn’t help me unless I took the contraceptive pill, knowing full well we were trying for children. If you have endometriosis I wouldn’t recommend a visit with the gynae here but Dr Zaidi has given me great guidance.
