I must say though there is one nurse that is rude to myself and my wife everytime we come in for our appointments with our daughter also the front desk needs to stay consistent to what their rules are. One day I'm allowed in the next I'm not, one day I can join my wife and daughter and then next I'm getting sent to my car. I know we are in a pandemic and I know that measures need to be taken but choose your measures and stay consistent.
M	Melissa Melo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Palumbo is great, nurses and staff are fantastic, My only complaint is that multiple receptionists are extremely rude and have poor professional skills especially dealing with patients, I feel this needs to be addressed as every-time i call or receive a message feels like I am a bother, espcially when asking questions. Other than that I do love the doctors and overall experience.

QUIT if you cant deal working with people! DISGUSTING Secondly, why is it so hard to see your FAMILY DR? what are you the president?!!? Did you not take an oath to help people? or is it because yall are making crazy amounts of money now with covid that you dont need your reg patients. You should be ASHAMED!!! IM THROWING UP IN MY MOUTH thinking about it. My dad passed away because a DR here told him his lump on his leg was nothing and to go home GOOD JOB DOCTORS!!!! GOOD JOB !!

G	G M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not possible to give zero stars, unfortunately, for the receptionists who work in this office. They are so rude and disorganized. Very abrupt on the phone, cut you off mid-sentence, have "lost" prescriptions or faxes from the pharmacy for prescription refills countless times, "forget" to pass along a message to the doctor, and keep you waiting on hold or drop your calls. I have dealt with situations where my doctor filled out a requisition for me to pick up, where the receptionist neglected to notify me for a week. Other people would be fired for this incompetence. The nurses are amazing though - have never come across a rude nurse in this entire practice. Most of the doctors are great too.

D	Dev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible doctors, terrible support staff. Don't bother going here if you have anything urgent you need done. DR. Lobo missed the fact that I had cancer and a secondary walk in physician was the one who caught it. The cancer was stage 3 and had almost worked its way into my heart and lungs by the time a doctor OUTSIDE of the practice caught it. Doctors on staff will shoo you away without genuinely listening to your concerns. Support staff is incredibly rude over the phone and will give you attitude constantly. If you require a prescription refilled over the phone the doctor will charge you 15$ to address the request same day and will generally only provide 1 refill. Do not go here if you value your health.
A	Art on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been with the group for 30+ years and experienced good care. Waits were longer when the practice was at Finchgate. Usually appointments are quite prompt in the past 5 years. Without knowing the case load it's hard to judge if service is bad as the 1 star reviews state. The new urgent appointment process makes sense to check how serious an issue is before coming but still liked the previous Walk In Clinic better.
