★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how your website talks about speed and getting help to people quickly yet from my experience all you do is transfer to a REAL PSAP introduce yourselves with a blurb about being from northern 911, an operator #, a voip call for police/fire/ambulance and then finally to the address and over 50% of the time you've connected to the wrong agency because your info is wrong for what agency covers where.
All of this is such a lengthy delay before letting your caller then have to repeat to the REAL PSAP or first responder agency information they've already told your company. Tick tock tick tock..... So much wasted time.
Your company should not exist so people should get real phones with real plans and can phone and be connected instantly to someone who can provide real help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lol, what a joke...please..understand using this company only delays police, medical, and fire response..your 911 call goes to them which they charge for..then they transfer you to 911 at your local agency..which you should have called in the first place..total scam..i dont see how this is even legal..pray they transfer you to the right agency, which you should have called in the first place..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company monitors our home alarm. Just as a test, I tripped an alarm and started the stopwatch on my phone. 34 seconds later, the house phone was Ringing. wow. It couldn't be any better. Fast response, and the the dispatcher was very pleasant and professional. Awesome job Northern911.
