★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for internet service at 50% off for four months. I paid 50% two months and the last two months they have sent a bill for the full price. Thought it was corrected last month, although the bill was still more than 50%. Whats with the false advertising?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ every year we have to call the technicians to come over and fix our connection because it will just stop working when it wants and refuse to work until we call them. This usually lasts a week or so, so we do not have internet until they come up and fix it for us. one of the worst internet providers ive ever had the displeasure of using.
