★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderfully tranquil and relaxing time at Northern Lights Resort. Did some fishing and just relaxing on the dock. So peaceful up there. I highly recommend anyone who wants to get away from busy life to check it out. The cabins were the perfect size. The owners were lovely and so helpful! They also have paddle boards and kayaks etc that are free to use which was really nice. Definitely going back next year, might even sneak in a fall visit!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners Owen and Candice are very personable and friendly. They made our stay extremely comfortable. All our cottage needs were attended to and our particular unit had also recently been renovated.
We had a small 2 bedroom cottage which can accommodate up to 4 but is ideally meant for 2. Our cottage was waterfront and a boat was included with our stay, although we decided to pay an extra fee for a boat upgrade which was well worth the price. They also had canoes and fishing Kayaks available for use (no extra coast). It was comforting to know that we weren't being charged for every little thing. Even the propane barbecue was included.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband has been going to the resort for 20 years, with his family growing up. We have been going to the resort together for the past 8 years.
The new owners are amazing! Very professional, accommodating, friendly, caring & helpful. They are extremely hard working and have completed so many renovations to the resort. The cottages are immaculate, cozy and have amazing views of the lake. The beach and swimming is incredible. The fishing is always amazing! By far our favourite vacation location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow...!!! Absolutely top shelf..!! Clean well equipped cabins. Owen and Candice were both amazing helpful funny very pleasant to be around . From local fishing secret's to anything to make your stay absolutely perfect... next year 2 week stay will be in order... we didnt want ever leave .. cant thank them enough for the awesome hospitality.. keep up the Gret work guys ...!!

Beautiful view from all cabins, lots of wildlife and activities to do, and the best of all, absolutely peaceful! Can't wait to come back for another adventure! We as a family were very pleased ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Candice and Owen ( owners) were amazing. They went above and beyond with everything. Very hospitable, great to talk to. Provided maps for both the surrounding areas for activities and maps for the lakes. The cabin was very clean, updated and well equipped. The grounds were always kept clean. Garbage and recycling was picked up every night for us. Wood was brought right to the sight for camp fires. The boats are well maintained with access to paddle boards, Kayaks and canoes. Boats were checked and fuelled nightly. The beach was clean and refreshing. We really enjoyed this week and already booked for next year. Overall an Excellent vacation. Very reasonable pricing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've never been to a place quite like this! Our family had a wonderful vacation here; swimming, canoeing, stargazing, wildlife watching, and just enjoying the silence and natural beauty. The owners, Candice and Owen, were very friendly and welcoming, helping us to get to know the lakes and area well. They gave us maps of the lakes, pointed out fishing spots, and made the motorboats, canoes, and kayaks easily available. The cottages and docks were clean and well renovated, cabin 8 easily slept our family of seven. Firewood was brought daily for campfires, and we were kept safe from bears with the nightly garbage pick-up. We were also able to take short day trips into North Bay and Sudbury for the museums and beaches, but it was always great to return to the peace and quiet of the resort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just spent a week at Northern Lights and had a great time. It's a super clean and cozy place. The owners Candace and Owen were friendly and really accommodating. Each cottage comes with a boat and motor. You can upgrade to a patio/pontoon boat or bass boat. FYI...the resort is situated on a very steep hill. People with mobility issues could be challenged but there are 4 cottages right on the water that might be better. Secondly there really is no beach. There is a place you can walk into the water but drops off quickly. No place for toddlers to sit on the shore and play in the sand. Other than that the swimming is fabulous. I tried to write a more detailed review but the resort is not listed on Tripadvisor.
