★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived to an amazingly clean chalet. Awesome welcoming gift that surprised us. The layout was as if I designed the cottage myself. Every little thought was met with common sense placement, and explanation. The bedrooms make us want to sleep in, yet the decks and water view call us to wake early and drink in nature.
Kids loved the classic board games and All the active games (pool table, ping pong, shuffle board and foosball) which drew their (and our) attention from our darn phones!!
Probably the best thing was the walking trails surrounding the property. We felt lost yet were minutes away.
Thank you for the break from reality!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a absolute jewel!!! Was supposed to write this a while ago but we loved this place. During covid we were looking for a getaway and this place far exceeded and delivered. We are clean freaks and this place was as clean as my own home! Sanitized and fully stocked!The welcome gift was somthing that blew us away as it shows the character of people that are letting you into there piece of paradise. .All amenities were taken care of( BBQ..canoes..paddleboats..lifejackets..dishes..glasses and cups..outdoor patio.. firewood..lawn games..lake playground...docks for your boat and boat launch right beside the property..pool tables ..ping pong..shuffleboard..boardgames.. Netflix etc etc) and the amount of things to do there made it all worth while. Whether on water playing on the lake playground or finding trails that are abundant around you..or just chill around the fire with peace and quiet around you with a full sky of stars at night!! This place is for you!. Any questions you need and the owners reply back quick and efficiently. Loved the little book of how the cottage was built. Inspirational and made me want to build my own the way yall did!. Amazing place and we will be back black donald oasis! Oh the fishing was great if you know where to fish and the lake is deep and full of life. We caught a few but I won't tell you what! Just get out there and see! You won't be sorry!
