★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualité de travail, dessin, installation et prix d’un buffet mural excellents!
PROBLÈMES au niveau du choix de comptoir de cuisine de quartz qui FAUSSE avec le plancher et référence de la compagnie Finition Impec (Francis Michaud) pour ré-surfaçage des vieilles armoires installées avec fini mat au lieu de satiné.
AUCUN EFFORT au préalable pour s’assurer avec la compagnie d’utiliser le bon fini et AUCUN EFFORT par la suite pour convaincre ce dernier à refaire le fini.
REFUS total d’indiquer par écrit qu’il était en FAUTE et son OBLIGATION de refaire le fini pour d’agencer avec le reste.
Arbois NE PREND AUCUNE RESPONSABILITÉ.
Quelle acte INSENIBLE et ÉGOÏSTE de ne pas vouloir nous aider à poursuivre la contestation contre Francis Michaud!!!
Nous sommes justes et raisonnable et nous ne méritons pas de ce faire maltraiter.

Quality of work, design, installation and price of an excellent wall sideboard!
PROBLEMS with the choice of quartz kitchen counters that WRONG with the floor and reference of the Impec Finishing company (Francis Michaud) for re-surfacing the old cabinets installed with a matte finish instead of a satin finish.
NO EFFORT beforehand to make sure with the company to use the right finish and NO EFFORT afterwards to convince the latter to redo the finish.
Total REFUSAL to indicate in writing that he was at FAULT and his OBLIGATION to redo the finish to match the rest.
Arbois TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY.
What an INSENIBLE and SELFISH act of not wanting to help us continue the protest against Francis Michaud!!!
We are fair and reasonable and we don't deserve to be abused.
What an UNFORTUNATE experience!
