Il y avait un client à mon arrivée et j'ai attendu pendant 25 minutes sans qu'il me dise un bonjour et meme sans me regarder une seule fois !.. J'avais beau regarder son intérieur de bureau et essayer à se qu'il porte une attention à mon arrivée mais non jamais jamais !.. Je me suis dit coudonc !.. Y connaît rien au service à la clientele ce monsieur !.. Alors 25 minutes plus tard je suis repartis à la recherche d'un autre ébéniste dans le coin pour mon projet d'armoire et mon petit projet d'armoires de $25,000 !.. Finalement j'ai trouver dans la même journée!.. Merci quand même Monsieur Déry !.. Longue vie à ton entreprise :)...Je suis de Saint Sauveur
I have a score of 0/5 to give this contractor! .. I went to his business yesterday! .. There was a client on my arrival and I waited for 25 minutes without him tell me hello and even without looking at me once! .. I was fine looking at his office interior and try to pay attention to my arrival but never never! .. I told myself coudonc! .. He knows nothing about serving this gentleman! So 25 minutes later I went looking for another cabinetmaker in the corner for my cabinet project and my little cabinet project of $ 25,000! Finally I find in the same day! .. Thanks anyway Mr. Dery! .. Long live your business:) ... I'm from Saint Sauveur
