★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went in to have our daughter assessed to see if she was ready for karate. We were given an appointment and an opportunity to try a class, the whole process was top notch. After the class the Sensei sat down with us and took the time to answer all our questions . It's too soon for our daughter to start karate lessons, they suggested we wait until she is a bit older. They were very upfront about it so as not to waste our time or money. The class was fantastic and the environment was very inviting. We'll definitely be returning here when our daughter is a little bit older and sign her up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is long overdue! Joining Northern Karate Ajax has been a great decision. I love coming to karate classes and seeing the differences each instructor brings to each class. I especially enjoy Shihan Rob's classes. He displays the highest quality of skill & instruction that is well used in real life situations. He is a master in teaching different age groups and skill levels, while helping you grow and realize your potential and lets you go at your own pace with high regard to prevent injury.
The values and good character he instills in his students is what makes him authentic, genuine and well respected. An amazing experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son started with NKS over the summer. I was desperate to get him into an extracurricular activity after such a horrible lock down experience. I have noticed many improvements in my son including, more confidence, enthusiasm to try new things, patience, empathy and overall communication skills. He is excited to go to dojo every day and that makes me so happy.
NKS was the best decision we could have made!

I was initially worried about the online classes because my kids are online all day for school, but the instructors are fantastic at engaging my kids. They never want to miss a class! Their focus has improved at school and I can’t thank the instructors enough for all the hard work they have put in. Thank you Northern Karate!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great karate school! You can see how much the Senseis enjoy what they do in every class. My sons love coming here. It's the first activity I don't have to drag them to. They love it so much, we attend classes everyday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been meaning to write this for a while now. There are no other karate schools like this! I knew immediately I had made the right decision to put my son in this. When one of the Senseis did a presentation for a Star Award to my son, I saw how proud he was of himself. I want him to believe in himself more, and I know this is the place to help with that.
As well, there are multiple Senseis making sure all the students are following along, unlike other places I have checked where there is only one Sensei to a class of 50 students.
Thank you so much to all the Northern Karate Ajax staff for the work you do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enrolled my two kids at Northern Karate School in Ajax for the three month summer course and realized within a couple of classes that it is one of the best decision we took. The environment, culture, ever enthusiastic teaching staff instantly had the positive impact on my kids and they have not missed a single class of karate till now. I would definitely recommend this place.
