I have always been resistant to physical activity and being a 30 year old woman, starting a fitness journey was super intimidating. I've been incredibly impressed with Jeff's easy going attitude, genuine encouragement and knowledge of what the heck is going on with the various aches and pains in my body. After working with him for the past couple years on and off, I feel 100% more confident in what my body can do and I feel great doing it (even though I complain every step of the way).
