★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had attended here a few times for counselling services, and was left hanging for over 3 weeks while the Dr. went on his holidays. He is the only Dr. in the practice, and every appointment he was running at least 15 mins behind for his 9am scheduled appointments.This is total unacceptable considering the type of mental services they provide. I had left a message for the male receptionist to call me back to book another follow up appointment. I never received a phone call back, and had to call again and was finally given an appointment date.
I called Monday morning before my 20 year old son passed away and was told there was no earlier appointments and my son would have to wait until the Friday morning to see him again. They gave NO options to be put onto a cancellation list or asked if there was an immediate need for counselling; as this is why I was calling them again! My son then passed away that same night. It is extremely heartbreaking; as this could of helped saved my sons life. For your future patients, please realize the type of services you provide and their is a reason behind your clients asking to be seen earlier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am sincerely grateful for this incredible team. Dr. G is very thoughtful in his approach and also authentically kind. He has taken the time to listen to my difficulties and provides helpful insight. Dr. G has helped me to understand myself on a deeper level and offers techniques to help me reconnect my body/mind/spirit. He is continually studying new ideas and practices to bring the best care to his clients, and takes into consideration the best fit for the individual.
The receptionist is very personable and takes the time to find the best appointment for my schedule. I wish there were more clinics like this, I know there is a definite need, and they are often working overtime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I appreciated some of the services, I did find the administration and organization of the centre to be a bit upsetting. When I mentioned my concern I was told that my complaint was unreasonable, given that they are a not for profit I should allow them to run appointments late (I was left to wait for appointments by myself outside their doors or alone in their wait room without notice for between 30-45 minutes, even at the start of the day)...
I terminated my services with the main physician due to an unprofessional response to my concern. I hope the clinic can make changes! Many not for profit organizations run effectively. Much love to you guys.
