- Booked an appointment for Saturday at 3:15 pm.
- Hired a babysitter to stay with my son.
- Booked the day off work.
and got an email from the therapist cancelling my appointment one day before the appointment, and also was not able to book with any other therapist for the time that i was already booked for.
waste of time and money.

I had gone to a doctor in the morning to get anti anxiety medication, and ended up returning them to the pharmacy the next day, untouched. She helped me unload and brought clarity to my situation.

What I like about her approach is her ability to combine expert knowledge with empathetic understanding for/to client needs. I would give her a thought if you are managing couple/relationship issues, self esteem challenges and/or anxiety and depression.
